All ''on site" manual development must be under contract.
Prices are based upon A. U. reserving all Copy Rights. Copy Rights can be negotiated.
A.U. holds all original copies unless otherwise negotiated.
The contracting company holds all distribution rights. This is clearly stated in the contract
for your protection.
Prices assume manual development and production will take place at the A. U office. Any
travel, parking, lodging expenses must be paid in addition.
Hourly rates are billed monthly as a retainer in advance of each month of effort contracted.
Or, fifty percent (50%) of the Completed Master price is taken as a deposit to confirm the
contract and the hourly rate is then billed at the end of each fiscal month. The monthly
invoice is due upon receipt. Delinquent payment(s) may be subject to interest charges.
''Course Material" pre-developed One-to-One Marketing Training Manuals may be
purchased in bulk by the sponsoring company and participants may be registered later.
