LEVEL I

 Min. 3 Months
@ 9 to 20 hrs. /wk.
teleScout™ Calls/Interactive Advertising
- First Level Qualify; Questionnaire Research; Follow-up for
     prospecting New or Existing Clients.
     (Which may include faxing/emailing a page or two after the call)
- Secure appointments for Rep(s) or Sr. Mgmt.
- Supply written leads and pertinent appointment information.

LEVEL II

 Min. 3 Months
@ 12 to 30 hrs. /wk.
Direct Representative or Exec. Assistant:
- Personal visits to qualify (or prep) new business,
     obtain information for expanding existing business; or
     leave pertinent information package with new prospect.
- Also includes developing sales tools such as a presentation binder;
     a customer satisfaction survey; Database, etc.
- May or may not include Level I .
$ 50.00/hr.

LEVEL III

Market Research
- Explores competition, statistics, etc.
- Provides suggestions to equipment upgrades, market share
     shifts, consumer behavior changes, supply & demand.
- May include computer print-outs of statistics that apply accordingly.
- May include aspects of levels I & II.

LEVEL IV

 A Full Program

Full One-to-One Marketing Program
- Begins @ Level III, must include Level I & II plus:
- Direct assistant duties to GM or President.
- May include Process & Procedure Manual development,
- May also include management duties as necessary to direct a Tele-scout
     team and/or sales force; clerical and/or data entry personnel.
- Will also offer recommendations for advertising, promo, & direct      marketing.
- Training of any kind (at any level) must be negotiated separately.
$ 120,000/yr. +commission

Levels I & II are usually maintenance services for well established businesses that want to simply increase an existing momentum in the market and who have a full database in place.

Levels III and IV are for new companies launching a new product or service; or, existing companies seeking to increase revenue; or, reintroduction to thier market due to market demand changes, increased competition; or, introduction of new product and/or introduction into a new territory ie: City, Province, State.

Programs are tailored to your company's specific needs.

A retainer is required to secure dates and cover necessary set up charges. Set up is always viewed separately from the project itself. Time may be allotted for set-up in lieu of additional charges. 50% deposits are paid on retainers in advance of the month of effort to follow.
